To be a Homeward Bound Volunteer you must:

​

• Care about animal welfare

• Be at least 16 years of age or be accompanied by a guardian 

• Fill out a Volunteer Application.

• Attend a Volunteer Orientation

• Be willing to demonstrate a positive attitude when working with public and fellow volunteers.
